The Muskebeers

Let me show you a design I really am proud of! It had so many tricky parts to it.

My main concern was the yellow “halo” at the bottom of the African continent. I was kind of stumped. I didn’t really know how I would digitize those delicate yellow lines and make them seem so light.

I experimented mainly with the stitch length of the lines and settled on a single row pass of 0.8mm stitch length.

The font was also a bit of a nightmare! Certain fonts do not really translate well into embroidery designs and the you have to get creative. I had to change a bit of the size and placement to get all the writing in, but in the end I think this look great!
