HOW I USE EMBROIDERY SIMULATION SOFTWARE TO TEST DESIGNS

Before any of my embroidery designs make it to the machine, they go through a careful digital test run. I use embroidery simulation software to preview how each design will stitch out — from the very first thread to the last.

This process is incredibly helpful. It allows me to:

✔️ Check the stitch sequence

✔️ Spot any problem areas

✔️ Ensure the design runs efficiently and cleanly

✔️ Fine-tune the details for better results

Think of it as a virtual “dry run” that saves time, thread, and fabric while ensuring the final stitch-out is smooth and professional.

While there’s no substitute for a proper machine test, this step gives me confidence that my work is ready — and helps deliver the quality you expect from CP Embroidery.
