How to make a design fit a 4″ x 4″ frame

Some embroidery machines only have a 4″ x 4″ sized frame. Certain basic designs like for instance an in-the-hoop (ITH) key fob embroidery design is slightly larger.

A simple solution to enable you to embroider the design is to angle the design at 45 degrees.

In the video I show how, when the design is angled, it fits in the 4″ x 4″ hoop without changing the size of the original design.
